With reference to Unnumbered Division Memorandum dated December 14, 2021 tilled Updated School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT), all public and private schools in the division have conducted an updated self-assessment using the School Safety Assessment Tool (SSAT) provided in DepEd Memorandum No. 071, s. 2021 re: Preparations for the Pilot Face-to-Face, Expansion and Transitioning to New Normal that determined their level of readiness in preparation for the safe reopening of classes. The results from the SSAT shall serve as basis of the Division Office in providing the appropriate interventions and technical assistance to schools in addressing the critical concerns and issues that are currently present.
