As per instruction from Mr. Apolonio Ramos, Election Officer of COMELEC, all School Heads are advised to VERIFY THE NAMES AND BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER ( Landbank of the Philippines) OF BOARD OF ELECTION INSPECTORS (BEIs) AND ITS SUPPORT STAFF.
The said report should be submitted in this office in soft copy thru dasmarinas.city@deped.gov.ph ( Subject: SCHOOL NAME —VERIFIED ELECTION DETAILS e.g. DES—VERIFIED ELECTION DETAILS) and hard copy attention: Yeka Grifaldo not later than March 30, 2016.
Furthermore, this office has sent to your respective school gmail account the following documents, to wit:
a. Sheet 1: OFFICIAL LIST OF BOARD OF ELECTION INSPECTORS (BEIs) AND SUPPORT STAFF FOR ACCOUNT AND NAMES VERIFICATION
b. Sheet 2: TEMPLATE OF THE PERTINENT DETAILS OF THE SUPPORT STAFF WITHOUT LBP ACCOUNT NUMBER
