In conformity with Regional Memorandum titled Voice of CALABARZON: DEPED CALABARZON Online Feedback Mechanism which reaffirms its continuous commitment in providing quality education services to all its clienteles, this Office hereby informs the field of the regional launching of an online feedback mechanism called Voice of CALABARZON.
The online feedback mechanism shall replace the Schools Division Office Monthly Feedback Form (DEPED-4A-GFI22002) that has been issued through Regional Memorandum No. 30, s. 2018.
In view of the recent feedback mechanism of the Region, Schools Division Offices will no longer submit a monthly feedback form. Instead, any regional, division, school personnel, or anyone who wishes to submit a feedback or suggestion regarding the various basic education services of the Regional Office are encouraged to use the online feedback form which can be accessed through the website via: bit.lv/VoiceOfCalabarzon.
Other significant details relative to DepEd CALABARZON’s Online Feedback Mechanism are provided in the attached Memorandum.
