This is to inform the field that this division with the help of our SDO Personnel and Public School Heads (Elementary, Secondary and Senior High Schools) collected a total of Thirty Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP 38,000.00) intended for the following names:
MRS. EMILY MALLARI –
PhP 19,500.00
SDS MARCOLM BORONGAN –
PhP 18,500.00
The said amount was separately deposited to the BDO Account of Ms. Leah Dianne A. Segunial last July 6, 2017 as stated in the attached Regional Memorandum and was acknowledged by the latter on the same date.
