In an effort to ensure the effective implementation of Wash In Schools Program (WinS), the field is hereby directed to submit the WinS baseline data for S.Y. 2019-2020 using the online downloadable tool: WinS Monitoring System for Schools version 2017-06-04 found at the official DepEd WinS OMS website
All accomplished tools must be submitted in SOFT COPY to the Health and Nutrition Unit’s e-mail, hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before October 30, 2019.
The following format shall be used when saving and submitting the accomplished tool: WINS BASELINE REPORT SY 2019-2020 SCHOOL NAME.
