1. This Office hereby provides the field with the enclosed list of Public and Private Elementary and Secondary Schools with corresponding Identification Number. It aims to provide accurate information and ensure reliable registry of data and information during the conduct of National Assessment of Student Learning and for other official purposes.
2. It is advised that the reproduction of the enclosed list of schools with I.D number be made so that enough copies will be given in each grade level, which will serve as ready reference of all teachers and learners.
3. Immediate dissemination of the content of this Memorandum is desired.
