1. This is to formally inform the field of the reconstitution of the Division Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Committee. The committee is entrusted with the responsibility of enhancing and ensuring the continuous improvement of the PRIME-HRM system. The appointed members shall perform their respective duties until the Division attains PRIME-HRM Accreditation.
