1. Pursuant to Memorandum OULLA-2026-2978 titled “Guidelines on the Verification of Academic Credentials Submitted in Support of Applications for Promotion, Appointment, or Other Personnel Actions” dated 16 October 2026, issued by ATTY. FILEMON RAY L. JAVIER, Undersecretary for Legal and Legislative Affairs, this Office reiterates the strict observance of the said guidelines.
2. Accordingly, all concerned personnel are enjoined to exercise due diligence in the submission, evaluation, and verification of academic credentials to uphold the integrity of personnel actions and ensure compliance with existing DepEd and CHED policies.
3. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum are hereby directed.
