1. In line with DepEd Memorandum OM-OUA-2026-444, entitled “Registration of Authorized Processors from the School, Division, and Regional Offices for the Online Certification, Authentication and Verification Application System (OCAVAS),” all concerned personnel are hereby directed to accomplish the online registration of authorized processors to facilitate the efficient processing, authentication, and verification of documents through the OCAVAS.
2. All Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads shall ensure that the designated personnel complete the online registration form and are assigned to the appropriate system roles. The following roles shall be assigned in accordance with the prescribed number of authorized personnel:
