1. DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2006 provides that the Disciplining Authority shall appoint personnel of the Department of Education as investigators to conduct Fact-Finding or Preliminary Investigation.
2. To capacitate possible personnel who may be appointed as investigators, the Legal Unit of the Regional Office will be conducting the “CAPABILITY BUILDING FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE FACT-FINDING/PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION COMMITTEE” on November 3-5, 2026. The venue of such program shall be announced in a separate communication.
