1. This Office disseminates DepEd Memorandum re: Early Registration for School Year 2024-2025, providing information and guidance to all public and private schools on the early registration procedures and reporting mechanism as well as the conduct of Division monitoring activity on January 27, 2024 to ensure compliance of the public schools in the implementation of the Basic Education Enrollment Policy.
2. The Early Registration of incoming Kindergarten, Grades 1, 7 and 11 for School Year 2024-2025 shall start on January 27 to February 23, 2024 using the attached Basic Education Enrollment Form (Revised as of March 27, 2023.
3. School Heads or LIS Coordinators of public elementary and secondary schools
shall encode the early registration data in the reporting system in the Learner
Information System and shall regularly update the information until the system closes the facility for early registration.
4. School administrators are hereby invited to adhere to the following guidelines
in reference to the conduct of Early Registration:
a. DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018 (Amendment to DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016)
b. DepEd Order No. 3, 2018 (Basic Education Enrollment Policy)
c. DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2023 (Amendment to DO 3, s. 2018)
