1. The field is hereby informed of the conduct of the CY 2024 1st Division ManCom Meeting on January 25, 2024, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the National University – City of Dasmariñas, Cavite.
2. The participants in the activity are the following:
• Schools Division Superintendent
• Assistant Schools Division Superintendent
• Division Chiefs
• Education Program Supervisors
• Public Schools District Supervisors
• Division Unit and Section Heads
• Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads
3. It is understood that NO PROXY IS ALLOWED to attend on behalf of the
abovementioned participants.
4. Presenters are advised to follow the agenda and observe the time strictly. Further, smart casual attire is preferred.
5. Certificates of Appearance for this activity will be issued by the Administrative Services.
6. Travel and incidental expenses relative to this activity shall be charged to local funds of the offices of the participants. All expenses shall be subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
7. Furthermore, the participants shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in the Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
