1. This Office is delighted to announce the release of TEACHTALK Volume 03, No. 3 Issue (CSDO’s Official Newsletter).
2. The issue contains programs, projects, and activities of this Division. Moreover, this contains initiatives, advocacies, and visions aligned with DepEd’s MATATAG Agenda. The succeeding issues will also include stories from the schools and community and research studies that would improve access, equity, quality, and learners’ well-being and resilience.
3. A PDF copy is attached while a soft copy can be downloaded through the Division’s official FB Page, DepEd Tayo Dasmarinas.
4. This Office commends the collaborative efforts of the writers/contributors, members of the editorial board, and advisers for coming up with this issue.

Three (3) photos shall be attached with captions and credits. The articles may be enhanced by Editorial Staff to articulate the theme for the next issue.
