1. This office reiterates the Division Unnumbered Memorandum No. 551, s. 2019 or the “Designation of School-Based Management Coordinator and School Improvement Plan (SIP) Coordinator”. The said memorandum stipulated the transfer of School-Based Management (SBM) to Education Program Supervisor in School Governance and Operations Division as part of mainstreaming the processes and roles across functional units of the division. The field is hereby informed of the designation of Dr. Allain B. Alvarez – EPS-SGOD as the Division SBM Coordinator, effective immediately.
2. It is understood that in addition to his main function as Education Program Supervisor, the following task shall be performed effectively and efficiently, to wit;
