1. Pursuant to OM-OASOPS-2023 from the Office of the Assistant Secretary for
Operations (OASOPS), this Office disseminates the attached memorandum regarding the Learners’ Convergence Philippines (LearnCon Ph 2023) Pre-event survey that requests all learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and various stakeholders to answer the given link on or before January 19, 2024 (Friday):
2. This pre-event survey aims to gather a wide range of suggestions on topics like
event structure, themes, speakers, workshops, and activities; ensure suggestions align with the event’s goals and the needs and interests of attendees; solicit innovative ideas that can enhance the event’s impact, uniqueness, and overall experience for all attendees; and allow respondents to provide feedback on past events, identifying successful elements to retain and areas for improvement. The ultimate goal is to collaboratively brainstorm to create a comprehensive program design for the Learners’ Convergence PH 2024, fostering shared understanding and active involvement among stakeholders. This input will significantly influence the Learner Formation Division’s planning and execution of the event in August 2024.
