1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 716, s. 2023 titled Division Rollout for Learning Recovery Program in Literacy and Numeracy through School-Based Learning Action Cell, the field is hereby informed of the changes in the training details:

2. All participants are required to bring the following:
a. Laptop and extension cord
b. Water tumbler
c. Medicine (participants with maintenance).
3. Furthermore, it is reiterated that all participants are Public Elementary School Heads and one (1) Master Teacher (MT) per Public Elementary School.
4. Pre-registration for participants, facilitators and technical working committee is open until February 28, 2024, via cutt.ly/DasmaLRLandNPreReg.
5. With this, all Regional-trained learning facilitators and Program Management Team are required to attend the virtual meeting on February 28, 2024, at 1:00 PM via MS Teams with the link to be sent via email.
6. Other details from the previous memorandum are still in effect.
