1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 093, s. 2024 or the Conduct of the 2024 Dasmariñas City Athletic Association Meet, this Office announces the conduct of the Closing Ceremonies on February 23, 2024, Friday, 2:00 PM, at Robinsons Dasmariñas Activity Area.

2. To ensure the solemn and smooth conduct of the closing ceremonies, only the following identified participants shall attend:

          a. Dasmariñas City Local Government Officials and Unit Heads

          b. SDO Dasmariñas City Top Management

          c. Division Chiefs and Unit Heads

          d. Education Program Supervisors

          e. Public Schools District Supervisors

          f. Public and Private School Heads

          g. Tournament Managers

          h. School Sports Coordinators

           i. Coaches of overall winning teams from each sports event (1st place-3rd place only) and one (1) representative  player from the winning team preferably the team captain

3. Division personnel and Tournament Managers shall wear the official City Meet Shirt while other identified participants may wear their official sports uniforms.

4. Participants in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. School heads must ensure that classes of teachers involved remain continuous, adapting appropriate learning modalities.

5. Travel costs incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.

6. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in all Division and School Training and Activities.

7. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
