Pursuant to DM-OUOPS-2024-11-01978 from the Bureau of Learner Support Services-Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD) dated March 11, 2024, titled National Online Survey on Career Development for Children (CDC4): Technical Assistance on Developing Career Guidance Resources for Key Stage 1, this Division hereby disseminates the request for accomplishment of the national online survey to the Registered Guidance Counselors (RGCs), guidance counselors, and guidance designates of public elementary schools through the given link on or before March 29, 2024:

The innovative endeavor aims to support the DepEd’s Career Guidance Program (CGP) by developing evidence-based, age-appropriate, and culturally relevant teaching and learning resources for career guidance implementers. Moreover, the national online survey intends to review how elementary-level career guidance implementers provide career guidance activities for key stage 1 learners.
