1. Pursuant to the guidelines and provisions stipulated in DepEd Order No. 88, s. 2010 (Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools) and DepEd Order No. 41, s. 2022 (Amendment to DO 88, s. 2010), this Office hereby announces the schedule of Ocular Inspection of 23 private schools and 2 private schools proposing for additional tracks/ strands/ specializations on April 8. 10, 11 and 12 2024.
2. In this regard, the schools are advised to prepare the original copy of the submitted documents and the facilities to be visited. Further, the presence of the school owner, administrator, or school head is expected during the evaluation, validation, and ocular inspection.
3. The Inspectorate Team is composed of Dr. Allain B. Alvarez, EPS-SGOD, Ms. Leylanie V. Adao, EPS – LR, EPS in-charge of the Learning Area, assigned PSDS in the Cluster, Mr. Wilson G. Centeno, SEPS – SMME, Ms. Crizel Ann L. Villanueva, EPS II – SMME and Ms. Heicelle Mae H. Hernandez, Administrative Assistant III as alternate.
4. The Inspectorate Team together with the school-applicant officials and staff are directed to follow the required health and safety protocols.
5. Enclosed in this memorandum is the List of Schools subject for the ocular inspection.
6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
