1. This is to inform the field that the schedule of Open Ranking and Other Assessments for various Teaching and School Administration positions shall be held on March 12, 2024 to March 13, 2024.
2. Attached are the members of the HRMPSB Sub-committee who will facilitate the said activity (Annex A). During the said activities, the HRMPSB Sub-committee shall adhere to the Equal Opportunity Principle under Division Order No. 80, s. 2020.
3. Further, Administrative Officer II/ Person-In-Charge of Hiring shall inform the Applicants of their schedule. The list of applicants and their schedules can be accessed through this link (https://bit.ly/Applicants0312-1324).
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Master Teacher and Head Teacher applicants are advised to bring a laptop and extension cord for the assessment.
6. Expenses incurred during the activity shall be charged against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
