1. There will be no collection fee of 150 pesos for registration to the 2024 Division Festival of Talents. Our primary objective is to promote inclusivity and provide equal opportunities for all talented learners to showcase their skills and creativity without financial barriers.
2. Further, contestants for Pop Quiz and Kasaysayan Quiz shall bring their white board, white board markers, and erasers.
3. All other items in the DM No. 154, s. 2024 are still imposed.
4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
