1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 184, s. 2024 titled The Division Learning Academy: CSDO-Dasmariñas’ Review Program for Fiscal Year 2023 National Qualifying Examination for School Heads (NQESH), this Office provides additional information and instructions to FY 2023 NQESH Official Examinees, list of which is in Enclosure 1.
2. The Division Leadership Academy shall be conducted from April to May 2024 using the blended learning modality. The in-person component of the DLA shall be held on April 22-26, 2024 at the Bulwagang Sigasig, 2nd floor of the Sigasig building. The detailed Training Matrix which includes the dates, topics/activities and resource persons, and other information are in Enclosure 2. Each session shall utilize the exploratory method and ‘sample questions-answers-related issuances’ approach, ensuring that it simulates the NQESH coverage of both conceptual and situational critical thinking questions aligned with the standards set by the PPSSH using the SOLO (Structure of the Observed Learning Outcomes) taxonomy as an underpinning framework.
