1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum OM-OUHROD-NEAP-2023-0601 titled “Non-Completion of Linking Standards and Quality Practice (LiSQuP) Scholarship Program”, all scholars of this program who submitted or will submit intent to withdraw shall adhere to the stipulation of DepEd Memorandum No. 82, s. 2020 titled “Guidelines on the Registration of Teachers and School Leaders for NEAP-Recognized Professional
Development Programs and Courses” and shall settle the following amount:
2. The said amount shall be forwarded to the Division Accounting Office indicating in the receipt: “Payment for LiSQuP Scholarship”.
3. Enclosed is the DepEd Memorandum for additional guidelines and complete reference.
4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
