1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 258, s. 2023 titled 2023 Regional
Festival of Talents (RFOT), this Division informs the field of the additional participants relative to the conduct of Learning Expo on June 28-30, 2023. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the list of additional participants.
2. Participation in the 2023 RFOT shall adhere to the following issuances: DepEd
Order No. 9, s. 2005 or the “Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith;” DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2023 or “An Order Allowing the Conduct of In-Person Activities in Schools;” DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2017 or “Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of Off-Campus Activities;” DepEd Order No. 40, s. 2012 or the “Child Protection Policy;” and DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2023, or the “Child Rights Policy.”
3. Food, travelling, and other incidental expenses of the official participants shall
be charged against local funds or other eligible fund sources, subject to the usual
government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
4. All other provisions stated in the DM 258, s. 2023 remains in effect.
