1. The Office of the City Schools Division Superintendent thru the Legal Unit shall
conduct a Seminar-Workshop on Fact-Finding Investigation and Formal
Hearing Cum Orientation on the Procedure on Grievance and Child Protection Policy of the Department of Education on June 27-28, 2023 at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in blended modality.
2. This seminar-workshop aims to:
a. Inculcate the guidelines and protocol in the proper reporting and appropriate
handling of child abuse cases;
b. Enhance the knowledge and skills of the participants in the conduct of fact-finding investigation, formal investigation, and writing of report; and
c. Strengthen the grievance machinery of all the public schools within the City
Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
