1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 216, s. 2023 titled “Call for
Applications for Teaching Positions in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas for the School Year 2023-2024,” please be informed of the attached schedule of Class Observation and other evaluative assessment for the qualified teaching applicants for the School Year 2023-2024.
2. Further, please take note of the following instructions in preparation of the said activity:
a. All qualified applicants shall only strictly appear on their scheduled date.
b. For classroom observation, qualified applicants shall prepare three (3) sets of
Detailed Daily Lesson Plan for the Observers printed in long bond paper.
c. Onsite activity such as this requires all participants (applicants, evaluators,
observers, etc.) to strictly adhere to standard health protocols such as wearing of
masks and bringing of own pen.
4. All attendees shall confirm their attendance thru link sent in their respective
email address.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
