1. Relative to the Regional Office communication which pertains to the above-mentioned subject, this Office hereby informs the field on the schedule of
ocular inspection of the schools applying for Government Recognition on June
16-17, 2023.
2. With this, the schools are advised to prepare the original copy of the submitted
documents and the facilities to be visited. Also, the school owner, administrator or school head is expected to be in the school site during the evaluation, validation, and ocular inspection.
3. The Inspectorate Team is composed of Ms. Elena L. Lopez, QAD Education
Program Supervisor, Dr. Allain B. Alvarez, EPS-SGOD, Dr. Crizaldo A. Belas, PSDS, Mr. Wilson G. Centeno, SEPS – M & E, and Ms. Crizel Ann L. Villanueva, EPS II- M & E.
4. The Inspectorate Team and the school-applicant officials and staff are directed
to follow the required IATF health and safety protocols.
5. Enclosed herewith is the letter of the Regional Director and the Joint Ocular
Inspection Schedule.
