1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 252, s. 2022 titled “Division Monitoring
of School Learning Resources” and its addendum Division Memorandum No. 219 s. 2023, this Office informs the field to accomplish the 2023 LR Situation Report on or before July 28, 2023, Friday, 4:00 pm. This report will be consolidated and
submitted to the Regional Office as basis for future learning resource allocation.
2. The Google Sheets can be accessed using this link: https://bit.ly/LRSituation23. These sheets were sent to the official school emails. Please note that the link is the same as the one used for the 2022 LR Situation Report. The template for the report shall be utilized for the succeeding school years unless updated or rescinded by the Department.
3. School LR coordinators shall accomplish the report in coordination with the
School Property Custodians.
