1. As a conduit to the dissemination of Memorandum Circular Order No. 007-S-2023 titled 2023 Gawad Karangalan ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas signed by Hon.
Jennifer Austria-Barzaga, Mayor, City of Dasmariñas, all basic education institutions under this Division Office are hereby informed of the conduct of the prestigious annual recognition of City’s best performing students and all the vital information thereof.
2. In consonance with the published deadline of submission of application of the
City Government of Dasmariñas, the Division Office shall strictly observe the following schedule to initially assess the applications and to properly endorse the assessed applications to the City:
July 17, 2023 All Public Schools
July 18, 2023 Clustersl and 2 Private Schools
July 19, 2023 Clusters 3 and 4 Private Schools
July 20, 2023 Clusters 5 and 6 Private Schools
July 21, 2023 Clusters 7, 8, and 9 Private Schools
*The venue shall be at the CSDO Main Lobby
3. The schools shall have a school-level checking following the qualifications set for the recognition. All disqualified applications must not be forwarded to the Division Office during the assessment on the dates specified above. All applications must be submitted in one folder per school only (add folder if necessary) following the color coding below:
Public Elementary – Green
Public Secondary – Red
Private Elementary – Yellow
Private Secondary – Blue
