In reference to Regional Memorandum No.470 s.2023 dated August 7, 2023, the Education Support Services Division will conduct a jingle-making contest that aims to promote the contact center helpline as a tool against violation of rights and safeguarding learner’s rights so they may be protected from all abuses, exploitation, maltreatment, and abuse.
