1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas recognizes the efforts and contributions of our teachers in the accomplishment of LR Inventory. This informs the field that the enclosed list of school LR coordinators and property custodians (teaching personnel only) are eligible for service credits which cover the services the teachers have rendered in encoding and finalizing their reports. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the list of teachers eligible for service credits. All requests are subject for evaluation and approval.
2. Eligible personnel are advised to submit necessary documents such as duly
signed daily time records (DTR) and other requirements in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 titled “Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers.”
3. Please be guided accordingly. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is
directed.
