1. Relative to OUOPS No. 2023-06-7518 “Request for Validated Health-Related
Data during S.Y. 2022-2023, the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Operations seeks to update necessary health-related data that quantify the reach and support the expansion of DepEd’s health program starting from S.Y. 2022-2023 and succeeding school year/s.
2. The School guidance counselors/ teachers and ARH coordinators can access
and submit school cases through this link
https://bit.ly/CSDODasmaARHCases using their DepEd emails. The tool aims to expedite the data collection process from field offices to ensure that the only validated data are collected.
3. This tool shall collect information on the following:
a. Functionality of teen centers
b. Reported teenage pregnancy and impregnation cases
c. Establishment of referral mechanism
d. Help-seeking behaviors of learners on sex education or sexual health
e. Reported abortion cases
f. Presence of school reintegration activities for learners who dropped out of school due to pregnancy or childbirth. Enumeration of the existing school reintegration activities should be there if any.
