1. The field is hereby informed of the schedule and venue of the Distribution
and Retrieval of Election Paraphernalias for the 2023 Barangay and SK Elections (BSKE) on October 30, 2023 as stipulated in the Memorandum from Atty. Mohammad Bhydir R. Sarapuddin, Election Officer IV, and from the letter of Ms. Numeriana R. Bautista, City Treasurer, both dated October 25, 2023.
2. In the said Memorandum, all DESOs and poll workers shall be guided by the
following schedule and venues on October 30, 2023:
3. Attached to this Memorandum are the documents that detail the assigned rooms per School Groups from which the schools would receive their respective election paraphernalias.
