1. Relative to the conduct of the Division Schools Press Conference 2023, a
consultative meeting will be conducted on October 27, 2023 at Dasmariñas II
Central School Library from 2 p.m. onwards.
2. The meeting aims to finalize the guidelines, mechanics, and other details of the
conference.
3. The participants in this meeting are the officers of the City of Dasmariñas
Association of School Paper Advisers. (Please see the attached list of officers.)
4. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and
guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation in face-to-face activities shall
be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing
guidelines.
6. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall
comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic
Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas and
Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic
Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
