1. Relative to the conduct of the Regional Training-Workshop on Synchronized GAD Planning and Budgeting cum Preparation of GAD Accomplishment Report on October 11-13, 2023 at NEAP-RELC in Malvar, Batangas, the field is hereby informed on the submission of School Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget for Fiscal Year 2024 on or before October 26, 2023 through this link: cutt.ly/HRDHUB.
2. The GAD Plan and Budget 2024 shall be prepared and signed by the school GAD coordinator and duly approved by the School Head/ GFPS Chairperson. GAD budget percentage must be based on the NEP 2024.
3. Online technical assistance shall be provided via MS Teams to ensure smooth
and ease submission of the GPB.
4. All are required to submit on or before the deadline. Failure to do so will result
to non-inclusion in the division consolidation which will be submitted to the regional office for consolidation and encoding in the PCW GMS for endorsement.
