1. The field is hereby informed of the conduct of simultaneous final testing and
sealing (FTS) for the Pilot Automated 2023 Barangay and SK Elections (BSKE) on
October 23, 2023 from 09:00am to 12:00nn at the designated voting locations,
outlined in the communication from Atty. Mohammad Bhydir R. Sarapuddin,
Election Officer IV, dated October 12, 2023.
2. Anent this, the following schools have the option to shift to modular distance
learning on October 23, 2023. This is at the discretion of the school heads to give
way for the conduct of FTS. The schools eligible for this option are:
1. Paliparan III Elementary School
2. Paliparan National High School
3. Pintong Gubat Elementary School
4. Dasmariñas Elementary School
3. Vote Counting Machines (VCMs) are scheduled for deployment by October 21,
2023. These machines will be securely stored and guarded by assigned police officers from the day of the FTS until the day of the elections. Normal classes shall resume as usual provided that the prescribed protocols for safeguarding the VCMs are strictly observed.
