1. Pursuant to DepEd OUPS Memorandum re: 2023 GLOBAL HANDWASHING
DAY, the field is enjoined to participate in the short program initiated by the Department titled Malinis na Kamay tulay sa Malusog at Matatag na Kinabukasan that shall be broadcasted via the DepEd Philippines Facebook Page on October 13, 2023 (Friday), 1:30-2:30 PM.
2. The objective of this activity is to highlight the significance of fostering a culture
of hand hygiene and to stress its pivotal role in maintaining the safety of schools and communities. The event will also spotlight the exemplary hand hygiene initiatives, including the presentation of handwashing jingles through videos submitted by various regions.
