1. In relation to the communication received from the City Sports Development
Office, this Office announces its participation in the 2023 Batang Pinoy and
Philippine National Games on December 17-22, 2023, in Metro, Manila.
2. Participants must secure the necessary documents relative to their participation
in the above-mentioned sports activities. Hence, all participating athletes shall be provided with ample time to comply with the requirements/ tasks should they
miss such.
3. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and
guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall
be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing
guidelines.
