1. The field is hereby notified of the attached Physical Inventory Audit for Property, Plant, Equipment, and Semi-expendable equipment for the Calendar Year 2023. This activity covers the Schools Division Office Proper and all Non-Implementing Units.
2. All concerned School Heads and School Inventory Committee are advised to prepare as discussed in the series of meetings conducted by this office to ensure the accuracy of the Report on Physical Counts as of December 31, 2023.
3. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance on this Memorandum is desired.
