1. In reference with Commission on Audit (COA) Circular No. 2020-006 dated
January 31, 2023 re: Guidelines and Procedures in the Conduct of Physical Count of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE), Recognition of PPE Items Found at Station and Disposition for Non-existing/Missing PPE Items, for the One-Time Cleansing of PPE Account Balances of Government Agencies, this office hereby reconstitutes the Division Inventory Committee Members of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas as follows:
2. The Division Inventory Committee Members shall, among others, perform the
following functions:
a. Conduct actual physical count every six (6) months to ascertain the existence,
completeness and condition of all Property, Plant and Equipment and Semi- expendable Equipment owned by the government agency;
b. Plan/ strategize in preparation for the conduct and completion of Physical
Inventory;
