1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum DM-OUHROD-2023-0089, FY 2023
Organizational and Professional Development for Non-Teaching Personnel (OPDNTP) Program Support Fund Allocation, Utilization and Monitoring Guidelines, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of Career Development Program (CarD Pro) Season 1 with the theme “Communication and Innovation” on November 16-17, 2023, Thursday to Friday, at Montvida, Tagaytay Bypass Road, Amadeo, Cavite.
2. The activity aims to:
a. collaborate and navigate MS products and other ICT platform easily and
b. communicate ethically and professionally thru:
b.1 phone calls, SMS, emails;
b.2 minutes and narrative report with minimal spelling or grammatical error/s.
3. All participants must bring the following:
a. Laptop
b. Extension Cord
c. Tumbler
d. Pocket Wi-Fi (backup device)
e. Team Building Attire
f. Pajama (Social Nights and Bonfire Activity)
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face training shall
be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing
guidelines.
5. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall
comply with Division Order No. 1, 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas and Division Memorandum No. 45, 2. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
