1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 52, s. 2023 titled “Adoption of the DepEd Electronic School Form 7 (eSF7)” which aims to digitize essential processes, this Office shall conduct an Orientation of the Adoption of Electronic School Form 7 on November 13, 2023, 8;00 am onwards via Zoom Meeting. The link shall be forwarded to official group prior to the meeting.
2. The participants in this activity are all public elementary and secondary school heads and one (1) representative per school in-charge of preparation of SF 7.
3. This activity adheres to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
