1. Relative to the DepEd Order No. 2 s. 2015, Guidelines on the Establishment and
Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education (DepEd), the performance review and evaluation shall be done at the end of the performance cycle to assess the office and individual employee’s performance level. The result of the performance review and evaluation shall be used in performance rewarding and planning. Relative to this, a Year-End Performance Review and Planning activity shall be conducted by the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS) on December 6-7, 2023 at Woodside Farm and Waterpark, Cabuyao Laguna.

2. The participants in this activity are the OSDS personnel. Please see the attached
List of Participants and Schedule of Activity for your reference.

3. The participants are advised to bring a copy of their IPCRF for the workshop.
Please see the attached Programme/Schedule of Activity for your reference.

4. Further, travel and incidental expenses relative to this activity shall be charged
to local funds of the offices of the participants. All expenses shall be subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
