1. Relative to Division Memorandum 523, s. 2026, announcing the Dasmarinas Associate Council’s Calendar of Activities, BSP Council Memo No. 7, s. 2026, and in support of the continuing partnership and programs of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, this Office announces the conduct of the Council-wide Basic Training Course (BTC) for Scout Leaders on September 4 to 6, 2026, at Dasmarinas II Central School, Congressional Avenue, Dasmarinas City.
2. The training shall be conducted as a three-day live-out course for the following Scout leaders:
a. Kawan Leaders;
b. Troop Leaders; and
c. Outfit Advisors
3. The Basic Training Course’s objectives, required uniforms, registration fee, and other requirements are stipulated in the attached Council Memorandum. School Heads are encouraged to facilitate the participation of qualified Scout leaders from their respective schools.
4. Expenses relative to the participation in and conduct of this training may be charged against Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) and/or other available local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. Interested and qualified participants shall accomplish the prescribed online application form and submit the required payment directly to the BSP Dasmarinas City Associate Council Office, located at Dasmarinas II Central School.
