1. As part of the PROC UP Series: A Step-by-Step Move in Elevating Procurement Processes, the Division Procurement Unit, in coordination with the Information Technology Research and Planning Division of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System, has secured a schedule for the mPhilGEPS eBidding Facility Online Training for Government Agencies on August 12-13, 2026, 09:30 a.m onwards, via Google Meet.
2. The training aims to achieve the following objectives:
a. enhance digital procurement competency of personnel involved in government procurement;
b. increase readiness of the Division and its schools for the implementation and utilization of the mPhilGEPS eBidding Facility;
c. improve the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of electronic procurement processes.
3. Participants in the training shall include the school and selected division personnel involved in procurement activities, particularly, but not limited to, members of the Bids and Awards Committee, BAC Secretariat, BAC Technical Working Group (TWG), and School Procurement-in-Charge personnel.
