1. Pursuant to the DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016, “The Learning Action Cell as a K to 12 Basic Education Program School-Based Continuing Professional Development Strategy for the Improvement of Teaching and Learning”, the Curriculum Implementation Division of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will conduct the Division Capacity Building on “Fostering Collaborative Growth in Action Research: Mobilizing Community of Practice (CoP) for School Improvement and Proposal Formulation” on September 4, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at Function Hall of Dasmarinas Integrated High School.
2. The objectives of this activity are:
a. to capacitate school CoP focal in establishing, mobilizing, and sustaining collaborative Communities of Practice (CoP) that foster peer reflection, professional development, and shared resource networking across schools.
b. to guide COP focal through the conceptualization, drafting, and technical packaging of a complete action research proposal, ensuring alignment with research methodologies and full compliance with division submission requirements and templates; and
c. to draft Action Research Proposal: A complete research proposal of the school containing the standard parts provided by the division office of planning and research.
3. Participants to this activity are the Public Schools District Supervisors, Educational Program Supervisors, and 47 elementary and secondary COP coordinators. Refer to the attached Names of Participants and Schedule of Activity.
4. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are directed.
