Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 643, s. 2026 and Memorandum DM-OUHRODI- 2026-3750, this Office hereby disseminates the rollout of the School Governance Council (SGC) Functionality Assessment Tool for Public Elementary Schools. The tool serves as an official mechanism to assess the operational functionality of SGCs and identify areas needing technical assistance and support.
